Shipment of your order.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment if the desired products are on stock.

Envíos dentro de Holanda serán € 6,75. Gastos de envío para el resto del continente Europeo serán € 12,50. 

Para envíos dentro Holanda por favor tenga en cuenta que serán 48h para la entrega. Para envíos en el resto del continente Europeo la mayoría serán recibidos entre 7 y 10 días, no obstante existe un máximo de 28 días para la entrega.

KimonoShop.eu wants its customers to be fully satisfied about its products and service! 

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchased from us, return it within 7 days from the time we shipped and receive a complete refund, less shipping fees. 

Please note the following conditions apply on all returns:

• Goods returned must be new and not used. You can of course try the garments on for size.
• Goods that are modified or made on request of the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.
• You will receive a refund of the amount of the goods only.
• Shipping fees are not refundable.
• We do not pay for return postage.
• To refund the amount of the goods returned we need your name, bankaccount number and city. For international refunds we will also need IBAN and BIC codes.
• If possible we will refund through Paypal.com

Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied and decide to exchange an item you have received for another model or a different item, please note the following conditions:

• Goods returned must be new and not used. You can of course try the garments on for size.
• Goods that are modified or made on request of the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Shipping fees are not refundable.
• We do not pay for return postage.

We will perform the exchange at no additional costs to our customers and send the good(s) by normal air mail at our expense.
